Film Festival Highlights

In the summer of 2021 I’ve had the honor of leading a short film called Pictures Only about an African American woman who loses her teaching job due to racial inequalities and out of desperation she becomes a burlesque dancer which blossoms into a love of self-expression and finding her identity. The film has been in festivals all over the country as well as internationally. I’ve had the pleasure to attend some of those festivals and here’s a highlight of those experiences so far.
